This morning Madelyn and I went for a walk at the Oakhurst Forest Preserve in Aurora. I fell in love with Lake Patterson and the humongous hill, but Maddie. . .not so much. She hates being in her stroller and all I wanted to do was walk. Oh well. Sometimes we have days like that.
After we finished our walk, we ran to Subway and picked up some lunch for Daddy and dropped it off to him. Madelyn always love when we get to see Daddy while he's at work. Even though our days are not always perfect, I'm thankful for the time I get to spend with my little girl.
